Urgent Notice | Rules of the "Subject-Based Astrological Essay Competition

This is to notify all students across all levels of the online astrology training courses at the Sanatan Astrological Coaching Center that, under the supervision of the Bangladesh Radiance Astrologers Society, managed by the Bangladesh Radiance Academy of Astrology, and sponsored by the "Jyotish Samrat Dr. K. C. Pal Foundation," the "Jyotish Samrat Dr. K. C. Pal Award Top 5" is being organized for the 2nd time for the 2026-27 academic session through a "Subject-Based Astrological Essay Competition". Students who have completed all primary and higher astrology courses at the Sanatan Astrological Coaching Center to date are eligible to participate in the "Subject-Based Astrological Essay Competition" across 5 categories (Applied Astrology, Palmistry, Numerology, Mundane, Vastu), excluding the 5 winners from the previous year. The top 5 (five) astrologers selected through the competition will be awarded the following honors and gifts: Jyotish Samrat Dr. K. C. Pal Honorary Medal. Certificate of Honor for Astrological Excellence. 1 Set of Rare Astrology Books and Prize Money. Please note that for the 2026-27 academic year, the competition will be held in only 2 categories (Applied Astrology for 3 persons and Palmistry for 2 persons, totaling 5 persons). Candidates willing to participate must read the attached rules, fill out the application form provided by the Academy, and submit it to the undersigned by 15.07.2026 to register their names. An urgent meeting has been called on Friday, 17th July 2026, at 6:00 PM via Zoom ID to finalize the determination of subjects among the competitors for the said competition. The attendance of all astrology students of the Sanatan Astrological Coaching Center is open and strictly required at this highly important and urgent meeting. Rules of the "Subject-Based Astrological Essay Competition". Rules of the "Subject-Based Astrological Essay Competition" Only students who have completed all primary and higher astrology training courses at the Sanatan Astrological Coaching Center to date (including students studying in the recently concluded courses) will be considered eligible to participate in the competition. A total of 5 (five) persons—3 in the Applied Astrology category and 2 in the Palmistry category—will be awarded medals, books, and prize money. Applications must be submitted using the form provided by BRAA, clearly mentioning the category. The competition will be completed in two tiers: the Selection Tier and the Final Tier. In the Selection Tier, the subject will be determined by a lottery based on the category mentioned in the competitor's application. The competitor must write an essay of at least 1,000 (one thousand) words on that subject and submit it to the Jury Board. From the selection tier, 20 (twenty) competitors will be given the opportunity to participate in the final competition. In the Final Tier, the 20 (twenty) competitors will participate directly in the final competition online. The subject will be instantly determined by a lottery based on the category mentioned in the competitor's application, and the competitor must write an instant essay of at least 500 (five hundred) words on that subject and submit it to the Judging Board. From the final tier, the Judging Board will nominate the final winners: 3 in the Applied Astrology category and 2 in the Palmistry category, making a total of 5 (five) winners.
